The 2022 Spring Thrive event will be held on Wednesday, May 18 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Lancaster Event Center. We are excited to be back live and in-person bringing you entertainment, vendor booths, educational sessions, bingo and raffle prizes! Admission is free. Hope to see you there!
