Walk-In Hour every weekday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Walk-In Hour is a dedicated time each weekday for patients who need quick hearing aid support without scheduling an appointment.
Simply stop by our office, check in with our front desk team, and leave your hearing devices with us for evaluation. Our team will clean, inspect, and assess your hearing aids to determine what’s causing the issue and whether additional service is needed.
Walk-In Hour is perfect for patients experiencing common hearing aid concerns, including:
- Hearing aids that are not working properly
- Weak or intermittent sound.
- Hearing aids that need routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Devices that need tubing changes.
- Questions about hearing aid care and upkeep.
If your hearing aids simply need a little attention, Walk-In Hour is often the fastest and most convenient solution.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a hearing aid stops working. Walk-In Hour allows our team to address many issues promptly so you can return to the conversations, activities, and moments that matter most.
Walk-In Hour is designed specifically for hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting.
If you’re experiencing changes in your hearing, concerns about your ears, discomfort, or feel that you need to meet directly with a provider, we recommend scheduling an appointment so we can give you the time and attention your situation deserves.
If our team determines that a provider visit would be beneficial, we’ll help coordinate the next steps.
We understand that work schedules, family commitments, and life’s unexpected moments can make it difficult to attend Walk-In Hour. If you can’t make it during our dedicated Walk-In Hour, we encourage you to take advantage of our convenient Drop-Off Option during regular business hours.
Simply stop by, check in with our front desk team, and leave your hearing devices with us. Our team will inspect, clean, and troubleshoot your devices, then contact you with any updates or recommendations.
Drop-Off Turnaround Times:
- Devices dropped off in the morning will be evaluated and completed by 12:30 PM the same day.
- Devices dropped off in the afternoon will be evaluated and completed by 9:00 AM the following business day.
Can’t make it during regular office hours? We’ve got you covered.
Located just outside our front entrance, you’ll find our blue secure drop box, available for patients who need to leave hearing devices after hours. Simply place your device in the drop box, and our team will retrieve it the next business day for evaluation and service.
When using the drop box, please:
- Place your hearing device(s) in a sealed envelope, baggie, or other secure container.
- Include your full name.
- Include a phone number where we can reach you.
- Include a brief note describing the issue you’re experiencing, if possible.
- This option is perfect for patients with busy schedules who need hearing aid support but can’t visit during our regular office hours.
